Recommendations for equipment repair/calibration
When sending equipment with an expired warranty for repair, we ask you to accompany the goods with a letter guaranteeing your obligation to pay for repair work and services. If repair is necessary, the cargo should be accompanied by the following documents:

reclamation certificate (example is given in the log), as prescribed or voluntary, with a description of the case and the nature of the malfunction;

log, serial number shall correspond to the number indicated in the log;

waybills, company details;

equipment clean up.
