AV-2 versions
The controller has the following versions by the method of data transfer:
The controller has the following main versions according to the type of output signal:
When operating with the computer, the controller receives digital information about the current tracking parameter and transmits it as a frequency, an impulse-number or current signal via a communication line or using a radio channel (depending on version).
AV-2 wireless version
AV-2 wireless version using a radio channel consists of two units: transmitter - AB-2P (A) and receiver - AB-2P (B).
Peculiarities of the AV-2 wireless version:
-
The information between the AB-2P (B) and the AB-2P (A) is exchanged over the air at a frequency of 433 MHz
-
Installed power of the radio transmitter - 10 mW
-
Transmission distance in direct visibility - from 1 km to 4 km (AN-433-type directional antennas)
Operation concept of the AV-2 wireless version:
-
The AB-2P (B) unit requests the computer to read the tracking parameter value
(instantaneous gas volume flow reduced to standard conditions for gas metering units, or instant mass steam consumption for steam metering units)
-
The computer provides the requested value in digital form after the next cycle of measuring the environmental parameters and calculating the new value of the tracking parameter
-
The AB-2P (B) unit receives this information from the computer and encodes it for wireless transmission
-
The AB-2P (А) unit receives wireless information, decodes it and determines the frequency or current of the output signal
-
It is possible to develop and produce other versions of the controller, in accordance with the customer's operating conditions
-
The controller can be used in automated systems for accounting and control of energy and energy resources, taking into account the thermal and hydraulic heat supply and heat consumption systems in technological processes
When functioning as part of the energy metering unit, the controller provides:
when operating with a computer:
-
Polling the wired computer and obtaining the instantaneous value of the required parameter
-
Generation of a frequency, impulse-number or current signal proportional to the parameter, with the conversion coefficient specified in the computer settings
when operating with a flow meter:
-
Polling the wired flow meter and obtaining an instantaneous value of volumetric gas discharge or steam mass flow
-
Generation of a current signal, which is proportional to the flow
The type of the output signal when operating with the computer (DC power, the frequency of a periodic signal such as a meander or an impulse-number signal) is determined when configuring the computer.
